Fees:

My practice is private-pay so that I can provide thoughtful, individualized care without the limitations imposed by insurance companies.

This allows for complete confidentiality, flexibility in treatment, and the ability to work at the depth and pace that best supports each client.

My fee reflects advanced training in trauma and crisis care, years of clinical experience, and a commitment to maintaining a small, focused caseload so that every client receives attentive, high-quality care.

I do not accept insurance, however, numerous forms of payment are accepted, including major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, as well as HSA/FSA cards.

Out-of-network:

Although I do not accept insurance directly, I can provide you with the documentation needed to apply to receive reimbursement for the services provided. Many insurance plans provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services, and coverage for my services will vary depending on your insurance provider.

Insurance:

Please contact your insurance company directly to determine your out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy. Below are helpful questions to ask your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits:

• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician to see a mental health professional?

• Do I need pre-approval from my insurance company before I can see a mental health professional?

• What is my coverage for out-of-network providers?

• What is my yearly maximum benefit (dollar amount or number of visits)?

• Is there a deductible?

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel up to 24-business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm) in advance of your rescheduled appointment. If you do not provide 24-business hours notice without an emergency/urgent reason, or do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee of the session.
