I offer discreet, highly personalized psychotherapy for individuals navigating complex life transitions, grief, emotional disconnection, and the lasting effects of trauma. With over 20 years of experience in trauma recovery, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR to support deep, meaningful change.
